General Information Only
All of the tools and content published on toolsarefriends.com (the “Site”) are provided for general information and educational purposes only. We work hard to make our calculators, converters, generators and checkers helpful and reliable, but the information and results on this Site are not a substitute for professional advice, and we make no guarantee that any result is complete, accurate or up to date.
Tools Provided “As Is”
Every tool on this Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site or any tool will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors, or that results will meet your particular requirements. Features may change, and tools may be added, updated or removed at any time without notice.
Results May Contain Errors
Although we test our tools carefully, results may contain errors. Calculations can be affected by incorrect or incomplete inputs, rounding, simplified formulas, unit conversions, outdated reference data or software issues. Generators and checkers produce automated output that may not always be appropriate for your circumstances. You should always sanity-check important results before relying on them.
Verify Critical Calculations
This Site includes tools covering health and fitness, money and finance, student results and eligibility checks. These tools provide estimates and general guidance only. For any decision that could affect your health, finances, legal position, education or employment, you must verify critical calculations with a qualified professional or an official source before acting on them. For example, speak to a doctor or registered dietitian about health matters, an authorised financial adviser about money matters, and the relevant government department, institution or employer about eligibility criteria and deadlines.
No Professional Advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, financial, legal, tax or any other form of professional advice, and using our tools does not create any professional or advisory relationship between you and ToolsareFriends. If you need advice about your specific situation, please consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsareFriends and the people who operate this Site shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, its tools or its results. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and losses of data, income, savings or opportunity. You use this Site entirely at your own risk.
